This is a large (approximately 20' x 25') comfortable space with exposed beams and three south-facing windows. The seating is arranged for relaxed conversation; the sofas were selected for their ability to comfortably cushion a torpid tourist - or a napping owner who can't bear to leave his beautiful living room.
The octagonal dining table comfortably seats six or eight; with its leaves, you will be able to seat twelve (and if you squeeze) fourteen. The painting over the sideboard is by French/Tunisian artist Jaber.
The living room features paintings by the American artists Michael Mazur and Bunny Harvey. There are many other paintings throughout the apartment, including a huge (7' x 5') terrific landscape by an anonymous artist commissioned for a country restaurant outside of Paris. And there are occasional objects whose only purpose is to amuse. When you come to the apartment, we'll show you how to make the dinosaurs' eyes blink.
We are wired for cable, WiFi and ADSL. The apartment has a TV, a DVD player and an excellent stereo system.
