We offer a significant discount for a two week stay. We encourage you to book early
for the Holiday season, as the demand for our apartment at this time of year has proven
to be quite heavy.
After September 2, 2006, the weekly rate is 2,000 EUR /week.

RENTAL TERMS:
- Fifty percent of the rental amount is payable upon booking.
The reservation will be guaranteed only when this payment has been received.
- The balance of payment is due 3 weeks before the start of the rental period.
- Payments can be made by check or wire transfer in US dollars or in Euros, or by PayPal.
Full details are provided at the time of reservation.
- The 50% deposit is not refundable.
- The rental charge includes linen, hot water, heating and air conditioning, electricity,
local telephone, taxes and a weekly maid / housekeeping service.
- No smoking is allowed in the apartment.
- Pets or children under 8 years are not allowed in the apartment, although we may make exceptions to this rule.
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive earlier, please let us know and
we will try to accommodate your needs, but as we frequently have guests arriving the same
day as other guests are departing, we must have time to give the apartment a thorough cleaning.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Again, let us know if this is inconvenient.
- Security deposit: Unlike most other short-term-rental apartments, we do not ask for
a security deposit. We do, however, expect our visitors to assume responsibility for
any significant damage or breakage. We ask our guests, when they make a reservation, to
indicate that they understand and agree with our policy, i.e.
- Within one week of the end of your stay you will inform the owners of any damage or breakage
that occurred during your stay.
- You will pay the fair and reasonable cost of repair or replacement for any broken or damaged item,
excluding reasonable wear and tear. The owners will provide you with a bill for repair or replacement whenever possible.
- In the event of a disagreement on the amount to be paid for repair or replacement, you agree to be bound by
the owners' reasonable determination of this issue.

- Three weeks before arrival, pay the balance of the rental.
- At least one week before arrival, contact us
